Return & Refund Policy

At Zenlium, we sell digital products, including planners, printables, templates, and seasonal bundles. Because all items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below:


1. All Sales Are Final (Digital Products)

Since digital downloads cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once delivered, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility issues (please check file format before purchase)
  • Failure to download or save files after delivery

2. Exceptions — When We DO Offer a Refund

We will issue a refund only in these circumstances:

Duplicate purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.

Corrupted or defective file

If a file is damaged or cannot be opened, we will:

  1. Send you a working version, or
  2. Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Wrong file delivered

If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will send the correct product immediately or issue a refund.


3. Download Issues

If you have trouble downloading or accessing your files, please contact us at:

4. Unauthorized Purchases

If your payment method was used without your permission, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.
We cannot issue refunds for unauthorized transactions.
