What kind of products do you offer?
We offer digital planners, printable templates, seasonal and holiday bundles, activity sheets,
and creative tools designed to help you stay organized and inspired all year long.
Are these products digital or physical?
All products on Zenlium are **100% digital downloads**. No physical products are shipped.
How do I download my purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive:
- A download link on the order confirmation page
- An email containing your files
What file formats do the products come in?
Most products come in **PDF** format. Some include PNG, JPEG, or ZIP files depending on the item.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us and we’ll resend your files.
Can I re-download my files later?
Yes. You can re-download your files anytime from your order email.
Do products receive updates?
Some items include updates or bonus content over time. If you bought the product before an update,
we may send you the new files for free.

How do I print my files?
You can print your planner or printables at home or at a print shop.
Most files are designed for standard Letter or A4 paper.
Can I use these on my iPad or tablet?
Yes! Our PDFs work perfectly with **GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, Noteshelf**, and more.
Are the pages editable?
Some products are editable; check each item description for details.
Can I use the files multiple times?
Yes — you can print or use your files digitally as many times as you want for **personal use**.

If issues continue, contact us and we’ll assist you.
My ZIP file won’t extract.

If problems persist — message us and we’ll send your files manually.
Can I use my downloads on multiple devices?
